We test our products before they leave our warehouse and we guarantee all products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 30 days (unless manufacturer's or wholesaler's warantee is longer). In this event, we will replace or repair your product at no additional charge to you. Your Satisfaction is GUARANTEED!  Even if your product is not defective, if you are not fully satisfied, items are refundable if you contact us within 5 days of receiving them. Please note: You must have a RMA number before you ship and buyer is responsible for shipping products back to our warehouse.

All returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and the product(s) must be returned within a five (5) day period from date of receipt of product(s).  When returning the product(s), The Home Security and Self Defense Store. requires that the customer use a shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, also insuring the package for the full value of the product(s).
